Mobile Applications Development - Android

This course introduces application design and development for mobile devices and smart phones. Attendees will learn skills for creating and deploying mobile applications for Android. However, Android is the main platform used during the course, other mobile platforms are slightly covered. The course will cover mobile operating systems and development environments, user interfaces for mobile devices, development issues for mobile devices, wireless mobile networking, thin clients and mobile Web, and location-based services.
